The Signs Scale of CareMyPet provides graphical information so that your veterinarian can easily evaluate your pet's clinical signs and the frequency of occurrence. After each clinic visit, pet owners can easily document the health care information with this app and keep a medical record with either photos or videos. CareMyPet offers three major features:

Immediately document the occurrence of an illness of your pets, this feature provides graphic presentation of the clinical signs to assist veterinarians make quick and accurate decisions on diagnosis and treatment plans.
Clinic visit record
Do you have a hard time remembering veterinarian’s instructions? The Clinic Visit Record is featured with the function of photo/video taking so pet owners can easily document the instructions by the veterinarians. The Clinic Visit Reminder will help reminding pet owners for your pet’s next clinic visit.
Health profile
This is a comprehensive feature for managing key records of your pets medical history, vaccination plan, heartworm and parasite preventives. You can track the basic health profile of your pets any time.
